I recently met Emily who is the co-founder of True Moringa! She was very knowledgeable and quite poise. She spoke of her company with endearment and excitement. The company helps support and finance their farmers. They help employ youth in Accra, in the processing center that the company built. So, I was delighted when she asked if I wanted to try one of their oils! She sent me the Peppermint Oil scent. The scent is not overpowering, and is very soothing on the skin. The oil is 100% natural, and cold pressed. The only thing that I have a problem with is their old packaging which can get messy, but they have since gotten new bottles with a pump! I cannot wait to try their lavender scent!

Moringa oil comes from a tree called Moringa Oleifera. The oil that they use is sourced from Ghana. Moringa also helps to fight malnourishment, because it is filled with essential vitamins, and fatty acids. This is  direct quote from their website: "The leaves, with more vitamin A than carrots, more protein than eggs, more calcium than milk and more iron than spinach have the potential to end malnutrition and provide a stable food source to farmers." So, as you can tell, moringa oil contains many nutrients and antioxidants.

Benefits for the skin:
- Helps to moisturize and replenish dry skin
- Contains anti-aging properties to help reduces wrinkles and fine lines. Since it contains vitamin C it helps to stabilize collagen
- Helps to prevent blackheads and clears acne ( I can attest to this, my skin has been extremely difficult as of late, but moringa oil has helped calm it)
- Helps to reduce dark spots and hyperpigmentation
- Filled with antioxidants
- Can be used as a cleaning agent on the skin to pull out impurities
- Contains anti-inflammatory properties
For my skin, this is now a holy grail product, as much as I don't like to use that saying. My skin feel replenished every time I use it. My red bumps go down in size, and I have less discoloration. My skin is extremely dry, and this oil keeps my face moisturized all day.

Benefits for the hair:
- Because it contains Vitamin A, it helps to promote hair growth, it also helps to keep hair healthy
- Contains essential vitamins for hair growth and hair repair
- Moringa oil can help reduce dandruff and repair split ends
There are so many benefits, but these are the main ones I would like to mention.
I use moringa oil in the mornings on the ends of my hair to help give it shine and take away frizz. Moringa also is a staple in my hair mask routine. I love mixing moringa and hemp oil to give my hair nutrients to nourish it.

So why wouldn't you want to try this amazing oil?! I can't say any more wonderful things about it. I am so blessed to have met Emily and be introduced to this wonderful skin savoir.
Thank you Emily!!

I really loved to try that oil. Moringa does really help me with my PCOS. I also drink fresh moringa juice. It's normalizes my hormonal imbalance. Now i'm looking for that oil.The cold-pressed one.
